Laviene is powered by Shopify, which provides the technology and infrastructure that enables us to operate our online store.

After you submit an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The order confirmation confirms that we have received your order; it does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted and dispatched.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, including where:
- a product is unavailable;
- there is an obvious pricing or product description error;
- we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity;
- we are unable to fulfill the order;
- shipping to the selected destination is not available; or
- required information necessary to fulfill the order is incomplete or inaccurate.
If we cancel an order after payment has been received, we will provide an appropriate refund for the amount paid for the cancelled order, unless otherwise required or permitted by applicable law.
Once an order has been accepted and processed, cancellation requests may not always be possible. Any cancellation or return rights that apply to your purchase remain subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable law.

All prices displayed on our website are shown in GBP (£) unless otherwise stated.
Prices, discounts and promotions may change from time to time. Any change will not affect an order that has already been accepted, except where a correction is required due to an obvious error or where otherwise permitted by applicable law.
The price applicable to your purchase will be the price displayed at the time you place your order and will be confirmed in your order confirmation.
Where applicable, additional charges such as shipping costs, taxes, customs duties or import charges will be disclosed at checkout or otherwise communicated to you before you complete your purchase, to the extent required by applicable law.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing, payment and contact information.
Payment processing is handled through Shopify and/or our payment service providers. We do not need to receive or store your full payment card details in order to process your payment.
Promotional offers may have additional terms and conditions. Where a specific promotional offer has separate terms, those terms will apply to that promotion.

Laviene is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide our online store and Services.
Any purchase or transaction you make through our store is made directly with Laviene.
Shopify provides the technology and infrastructure supporting our store but is not responsible for the products sold by Laviene or the sales transactions between you and Laviene, except where Shopify has its own legal responsibilities.
